LED Mask Questions
Gently clean your device with a water-based wipe and allow it to air dry before and after each use. For stubborn stains, gently wipe with 70% alcohol. This device is not waterproof, so avoid washing it under running water.

Please use the provided charging cable to charge the product; using any other cables may damage the product.
This product can be applied to most parts of the face, including the areas around the eyes and neck. However, it is not recommended to use it on the lips, eyeballs, upper and lower eyelids, eyelashes, and throat.
Shipping and Order Questions

Most likely you will not be charged any customs. In most cases we try to ensure that there are no customs charges upon arrival. But sometimes customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government.
